Corporate Governance Forum of Turkey (CGFT), founded on the 1st of March 2003 as a joint initiative of the Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD) and Sabancı University continues its' work as an interdisciplinary and cross-sectorial initiative hosted by the School of Management focusing on corporate behavior around issues that can impact economic development and social welfare.

Forum's Mission

Forum's mission is to contribute to the improvement of corporate governance framework and practices through scientific research, support the policy development process by active engagement, encourage and facilitate the dialogue between academicians and practitioners, and disseminate research for the betterment of societies and economic and social development.
