The index, designed by Sabancı University faculty members, includes “Ratio of Female Members in Boards of Directors'', “Ratio of Independent Female Members in Boards of Directors'', “Ratio of Female Members in Committees” and “Proportion of Women as Chair and Vice Chair in Boards of Directors” and at least three female members. It is calculated by taking into account whether the threshold is caught or not.
